2. How do I cancel membership? Yes fill out the cancellation form.
3. What is your refund policy? Once we start the service we can not refund the the  $19.95 initial charge but we may be able to refund you the last monthly subscription. For more information about our membership refund policy go to Refund Policy.
4. Why do I need to be a member if I only need a center cap or a single wheel? It takes time to hunt down these hard to find items so we have to pay employees to search our 71 warehouses and our blem warehouse.
5. What is a blem/blemished warehouse?  It is where all the blemished wheels are sent.  Blemished wheels may have a chip in it or the finish may not be perfect.
6. How much is membership? $19.95 per month.
7. Do I need to be a member if I want to buy a set of wheel and/or tires? YES
